Nope. Most of our customers aren't. We just need access to the yard — an unlocked gate or a gate code you give us at signup. You'll get a text and a photo of the closed gate when we're done, so you know exactly when we came and went.
Yes. Weekly and bi-weekly plans are subscriptions you can cancel anytime from your account — no cancellation fee, no phone call required.
Leave us the gate code in the signup notes and we'll handle it. If your dog isn't comfortable with strangers, let us know and we'll work out a schedule where they're inside during our visit.
Absolutely. Our posted pricing covers up to four dogs; beyond that (or for unusually large properties) we'll put together a custom quote.
We run our routes rain or shine. If there's severe weather — heavy storms, ice, anything unsafe — we'll push your visit to the next available day and text you about it.
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and re-clean it at no charge. We'd rather fix it than have you wondering whether it was worth it.
